Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lost & Found Services as defined in Section 1 below. These terms incorporate by reference all other Terms of Use and Policies applicable to your use of Lost & Found Services. For example, our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Lost & Found Services is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of Pata Hub Lost & Found Services
1.1 Lost & Found Services enable owners of lost and found documents to search for their lost documents and communicate with finders of these documents through a medium hosted by Lost & Found.
1.2 Pata Hub does not hold, handle or deliver any documents. When owners get in touch with a finder of lost document, they are entering into an agreement directly with the finder. Pata Hub is not and does not become a party to or other participants in any contractual relationship between owners and finders of documents. Pata Hub is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any party using Lost & Found Services. All contractual arrangements between users of Lost & Found Services are the sole responsibility of the parties, not Pata Hub, and these parties need to make sure they comply with all applicable laws. Pata Hub does not act as a guarantor for any user of Lost & Found Services.
1.3 Your use of Lost & Found Services is voluntary and at your sole risk. Pata Hub has no control over and does not guarantee (i) the existence, character or legality of any finder, (ii) the truth or accuracy of any location descriptions, reviews if any, or other information including, without limitation, name, phone number or (iii) the performance or conduct of any finder or third party. Pata Hub does not endorse any finder. You should always exercise due diligence and care when deciding whether to use the information in the website or mobile app, or communicate and interact with other users of Lost & Found Services.
1.4 Lost & Found Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources (“Third-Party Services”). Such Third-Party Services may be subject to different terms and conditions and privacy practices. Pata Hub is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such Third-Party Services, or the content, products, or services available from such Third-Party Services. Links to such Third-Party Services are not an endorsement by Pata Hub of such Third-Party Services.
1.5 Pata Hub does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability and accessibility of Pata Hub Lost & Found Services. Pata Hub may improve, enhance, modify or restrict the availability of Pata Hub Lost & Found Services or certain areas or features thereof for any reason in its sole discretion with no further notice to you.
1.6 You agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any laws, rules, or regulations applicable to your use of Lost & Found Services, including document search and/or document posting services you offer.
2. Modification/Termination
2.1 Pata Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you should no longer use the Lost & Found Services. Your continued access to or use of the Lost & Found Services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.2 In addition, Pata Hub reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lost & Found Services and your access to Lost & Found Services for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, at any time.
